REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes, it can be not quite right.
That is why we have our parts ID process to assist you be confident in your purchase.
Do not fear, if you do get it wrong, we are here to help you get the right part every time.

THE PROCESS OF A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

STEP 1 - Reach our via email with your original sales order number and name, letting us know what the issues is

REMEMBER every time you send us an email you will generate a ticket number, in our system so you know we have your query and one of the time will come back to you, usually within 24 to 48 hours. So feel, confident we will have it in hand and assist you

STEP 2 - It is up to you to return the items to us. ENSURE you send it back with your name and sales order number clearly included.
ONCE we get it back we will be in touch further.

RETURNS are accepted up to 30 days after the original purchase
RETURNS are offered ONLY on unused and unopened items
REFUNDS are offered on the items only, not on original postage
REFUNDS are provided back via the original purchase method
RESTOCKING FEES can be incurred from the original supplier on special order in items
NO REFUNDS are offered on cut, damaged, opened or partially used stock
NO REFUNDS are offered on postage
NO REFUNDS are offered on product that are taken from a master roll, such as seals, vinyl, mohair, weather pile etc

WARRANTIES


Mr Windows is a reseller of other manufacturers products, any warranty claims are made directly with the original manufacturer - please contact us for more information should this be required.

Any component made by Mr Windows as a 3D product has a 12 month warranty against breakage, whilst all care is taken with the manufacture and redesign of the parts, they are trialled and tested by our customers in their windows, doors or showers. No frame testing is carried out by us as we do not have access to the original extrusion. In the unlikely event one of our 3D printed components fail, contact us and we will assist with a replacement.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with images as soon as possible at orders@mrwindows.com.au with your Name and Sales Order Number. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution as quickly as possible for you.
